GENERAL:

Commissions are handled on a first come, first serve basis. If you need the artwork by a specific deadline, please let me know in advance, and I’ll confirm if it’s feasible.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel uncomfortable or incapable of executing it.

Pose and outfit references are required to begin work. The more detailed the reference, the better!

The final artwork is for personal use only. AI generation, NFTs, and any commercial use without permission are strictly prohibited.

Commercial rights can be purchased separately for 100% of the original price.

PAYMENT:

Payments are made upfront in USD or ARS via PayPal or Mercado Pago.

Work will begin after 50% of the total payment is received. Your position on the waitlist is confirmed once the first payment is made. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final piece is delivered.

COMMUNICATION:

Communication will be handled via Discord or any direct message inbox on my social media accounts. Please feel free to reach out through these channels if you have any questions.

Once the artwork is completed, the final file will be delivered via email in full resolution.

REVISIONS:

During the sketch phase, you can request changes to the artwork (e.g., facial expressions, posing, clothing). Major changes to the entire composition will not be allowed.

After the sketch is approved, minor adjustments can still be requested, but these may incur an additional fee depending on their complexity.

You have 3 days to respond with any changes or revisions during the sketch phase, otherwise, I will proceed with the work as is.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY:

If you have a deadline, please inform me before work begins. An additional fee starting at $10 USD will apply for expedited delivery.

Depending on my schedule and the complexity of the commission, completion may take anywhere from one week to two months.

The final product will be delivered via email in a format chosen by the client (PNG, JPG, etc.).

REFUNDS:

Full refunds are only available if the artwork has not entered the sketch phase.

Once the sketch is provided, no refunds will be offered.

If communication with the client is lost for more than 3 months (90 days) during the commission process, the request will be canceled with no refund.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE:

I retain the rights to the artwork, and you may use it for personal purposes such as avatars or personal printing.

Credit is required when the artwork is posted or used online, by mentioning "laralaiila" as the artist.

You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing commercial rights.
